• Upload scanned copy of valid id (Must be the valid ID of the person whose name appears on the invoice of purchased product.
• Sales Invoice of the purchased product.
• Any inaccurate information will invalidate the claim and is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to Lenovo Philippines to amend.
• Claims must be submitted by the end- customer only. Resellers/Retailers may not submit claims on behalf of the Customer.
• Once documents are validated, the customer will receive the email confirmation after ten (10) business days.
• Claiming is until March 2, 2021 – only. Failure to fill up the claim form within this period will invalidate any claims, thereafter.
• Upon successful validation of claim form, customer gets up to PHP75,000 worth of freebies depending on the item purchased. (Refer to pg16-17)
• Deliveries of corresponding freebies begin 90 days from the time the email confirmation was sent, or longer – depending on the status of community quarantine in the Philippines.
• For failed deliveries, customer must reach out to Lenovo Philippines for re-delivery. All charges for the succeeding attempts to deliver will be shouldered by the customer.
