WEB Download Software Upgrade (PC Connection)

2. PC Suite

Upgrade using LG Mobile Support Tool

1. Go to www.lg.com/ph

2. Select Support > Download & Manuals

3. Input Phone’s Model Number (ex. D802) > Click Search
(Check if your model is available in the list, else pick from the latest model available in the dropdown)

4. Under Downloads > Software Update

5. Download and Install LG USB Driver

6. Download and Install LG Mobie Support Tool.

7. Now Connect the Phone to PC [Select LG Software ]

8. Now Run LG Mobile Support Tool

9. If New Software is available, Start Upgrade soft key enabled.

10. Click “Start Upgrade”

11. Do not disconnect until process is complete. Phone will restart automatically once S/W upgrade is done.

Upgrade using LG PC Suite

1. Go to www.lg.com/ph
2. Select Support > Download & Manuals

3. Input Phone’s Model Number > Click Search
(Check if your model is available in the list , else pick from the latest model available in the dropdown)
4. Under Downloads > PC Sync

5. Download and Install LG PC Suite

6. Now Connect the Phone to PC [Select LG Software ]
7. Run LG PC Suite > Select Upgrade Check

8. A message prompt will be displayed if new software upgrade is available.
9. Click “Yes”
10. Do not disconnect until process is complete. Phone will restart automatically once S/W upgrade is done.
